The Executive Assistant Role
We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a passion for creating seamless operations. You will manage the complex and congested calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and support team morale, ensuring the executive has the resources and time needed to thrive. Serving as the primary point of contact, you can help executives stay focused on what’s most important for the business by handling internal and external requests and executing the appropriate next step. You will be their trusted partner, anticipating the needs of the executive and the organization while demonstrating high professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
About You
- You enjoy owning and managing busy C-Suite calendars and schedules, ensuring effective time management and seamless coordination of urgent meetings and engagements.
- You’re meticulous about staying organized and tracking every detail for your executives. You know how to manage competing priorities and handle last-minute changes with ease.
- You take pride in ensuring your executives attend the right meetings with the right information and stakeholders. This helps maximize their time and ensure we progress with velocity and intentionality.
- Your superpower is anticipating the executive’s needs and taking proactive steps to plan and execute tasks with minimal guidance.
- You lead with active listening, always going above and beyond to support the executive with tasks of any size, demonstrating humility and confidentiality in every interaction.
- Building empathetic relationships comes naturally for you; you have situational awareness to keep tabs on the team’s culture and morale and help C-Suite recognize key milestones and achievements.
What We Look For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven experience coordinating heavy travel and complex logistical arrangements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- An expert in managing expenses
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Located in San Francisco, hybrid work is acceptable.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
