The Role
Peregrine’s Sales Enablement Lead is an important position that accelerates sales productivity, enhances team capabilities, and drives revenue growth. We’re seeking an experienced enablement expert who can roll up their sleeves in this new role to maximize effectiveness for teammates all across the country. You’ll be building scalable strategic processes for future growth, while delivering hands-on execution of training guides, product expertise, and KPI data insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Sales Enablement Strategy: Lead the design and deliver the strategy to optimize our GTM organization.
- Enhance Sales Leadership and Management Effectiveness: Equip them with tools, frameworks, data/analytics, and various methodologies to ensure we perform at our best.
- Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Deployment Strategy, and others to ensure we understand customer pain points and provide the right messaging/solutions for the
- Optimize Enablement Programs: Establish KPIs like sales ramp time, quota attainment, methodology adoption, and sales cycle efficiency to drive meaningful training assets. Create the playbook and documentation for continuity as we grow.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role in an early-stage, high-growth tech company.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of B2G sales processes, methodologies (MEDDPICC), and metrics.
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari and Docebo (or other LMS).
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and execute on multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Located in either SF or DC, willing to come into the office in a hybrid capacity.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
