The Role

As our first GTM Systems Manager, you'll be supporting our go-to-market efforts and will be an essential player in optimizing our systems architecture and tools during our stage of hyper-growth. Scaling and top performance are an intersection you love to balance, and you know how to drive revenue operations efficiency in the lead-to-cash funnel. 

The ideal candidate is an expert in all the latest GTM tooling and infrastructure, capable of planning and executing strategic initiatives while also problem-solving and future-proofing to ensure all systems can scale with the organization. Partnering closely with the GTM Operations leadership and other cross-functional departments, this critical role is essential for translating our strategy into an engine that rapidly accelerates our growth efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Own Systems Architecture: Ensure a reliable connection between Salesforce and other tools and ensure efficiency through quarterly process improvements
  • Tech Stack Management and Execution: Own the optimization of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, customization, and integration with other tools. Assess and implement new technologies that drive sales productivity and scalability
  • Data & Analytics: Ensure data quality and governance to enable accurate forecasting and reporting

What We Look For

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role in a high-growth tech company, with a track record of success in building and optimizing sales infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of modern GTM tooling with a proven track record of building and scaling high-impact GTM system ecosystems
  • Expertise with Salesforce (advance certifications a plus), with a proven ability to configure and customize the platform to meet evolving business needs
  • Experience implementing and optimizing sales technology (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools, forecasting tools)
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and execute on multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done, while also thinking strategically about long-term needs and growth opportunities to scale our systems as we grow
  • Located in San Francisco, CA and willing to come into the office in a hybrid capacity

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
