Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy finance professional with a knack for navigating complex billing systems? We’re on the hunt for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Billing Associate. In this role, you’ll leverage your billing experience and Excel expertise to manage and streamline billing processes across multiple entities. Your ability to translate contracts into precise billing and handle multifaceted tasks will be crucial to your success. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. 

What You’ll Do

• Billing for multiple entities and various types of customers. 
• Setup of new customer accounts
• Utilize tools such as Zendesk to respond to accounting, billing, and finance requests
• Research customer inquiries, issue credits based on our guidelines on an as needed basis 
• Follow up on ad hoc projects, such as updating accounts with new email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses etc…
• Assist in annual audit process as needed.
• Directing customers to the portal and sending invoices through the portal

Who You Are:

• A technologically-savvy accounting or finance professional looking to grow in their career (Let’s grow together!)
• Have Microsoft Excel skills (You enjoy digging into data/reporting/numbers within Excel, and do it very well)
• You don’t mind working independently or collaboratively with a team 
• Have 3+ years of billing/bookkeeping or related experience with an accounting/finance or related degree (at least Associates degree)
• Take initiatives, pioneer process improvements and efficiencies.
• A professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of Billing Experience
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems to get billing done (tech savvy)
• Advanced Excel Skills – Including but not limited to pivot tables & VLookup/XLookup
• Ability to translate contract into accurate billing
• Ability to multitasking with complex billing systems
• Attention to Detail – Lots of research
• Customer Service oriented
• Highly organized
• Available to work M-F business hours

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (GP)
• College degree - Associates or higher
• Experience with SaaS billing
• Experience with Salesforce navigation
• Zendesk ticket processing
• System migration and/or implementation/automation experience preferred
