Position Overview:
The Clinical Integration Analyst designs, implements, and supports integrations between our hospital client’s clinical systems and the PerfectServe platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for internal and external users regarding integration solutions and associated clinical workflow.
- Partner with customer technical and clinical resources in designing and supporting integration solutions.
- Work closely with R&D in the design, development, and testing of the backend integration domain.
- Code HL7 interfaces within the interface engine.
- Create flat file integrations using SSIS packages in Microsoft SQL .
- Coordinate technical resources to implement 3rd party API integrations.
- Perform data validation on new data feeds and regression validation with each QA and Production release of the integration domain .
- Support and troubleshooting of production integrations.
- Perform minimal PerfectServe platform configuration as it relates to integrated solutions.
- Establish integration support structure between customers’ IT department and PerfectServe.
- Create and maintain documentation for integrations.
- Coordinate installation and adjustments of VPN’s and sFTP jobs.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing interface engine hardware and software upgrades.
- Assist in monthly failover activity of interface engine (active/passive).
- Participate in after-hours call rotation.

Travel: up to 10% or as required
Required Qualifications:
- Clinical degree & licensure (Associate or Bachelor’s).
- Minimum 5+ years in Clinical IT role.
- Proven experience interacting with hospital personnel (both IT and clinical) on enterprise wide projects as part of implementation and support of clinical systems.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and workflow.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, and Lucid Chart.
- Proven experience implementing integrations using HL7 standards.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Experience working in a fast paced, cross-functional technical environment.
- Strong individual contributor that delivers results and a high quality of work.
- Self-motivated individual who will lead naturally.
- A desire to see results and a willingness to fill the role that is needed to get the job done.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing and supporting FHIR APIs.
- Experience implementing and supporting WCTP integrations.
- Experience creating and managing JSON-based API requests, and validating functionality using tools such as Swagger and Postman.
- Hands on experience with multiple HIT vendors.
Environment, Physical & Other Requirements:
This position requires interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting. In order to best service our customers on the phone, face-to-face, or on the computer, all employees must be able to communicate with or without reasonable accommodation.

We offer a salary range of $100,000-115,000 per year, with compensation tailored to your background, strengths, and potential to grow within the team.
The salary range listed for this role reflects our commitment to pay transparency and is based on market data, internal equity, and the scope of responsibilities. compensation will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, and the specific team or product area they support.
