Personal Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support Perion’s CEO. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is strongly committed to maintaining confidentiality.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and contribute to Perion's success by ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and all operations run smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, efficiently scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to ensure maximum productivity and prioritization of key commitments.
  • Relationship Building: Foster a strong and trusting relationship with the CEO, offering personal support when needed, while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation for the CEO.
  • Project Assistance: Collaborate with the CEO CoS to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects to ensure successful outcomes.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. 
  • Flexibility and Dedication: Embrace the responsibility of supporting the CEO and be ready to work non-traditional hours when needed.
