We’re looking to add a Publisher Success Manager in the NY Tri-State Area to join the team on a Hybrid basis to help onboard and manage premium publishers for our exclusive network. This individual will be responsible for managing day to day relations with publishers by enabling them to reach their business objectives. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaign success while deepening relationships with our net new or existing premium publishers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Building and managing relationships with existing and potential new publishers through routine communication; actively grow industry relationships in order to gain marketplace intelligence
- Be responsible for managing & developing publisher relationships
- Attain adoption of all Perion Supply Path ad products and dashboards across the publisher landscape
- Proactively identify strategic approaches for new or incremental opportunities as well as upselling products and services
- Act as a trusted advisor through understanding the needs of publishers and building relationships at senior levels
- Execute and analyze key reports to help Perion make informed decisions
- Closely align with other Customer Success Managers team members and cross-functional teams such as product or dev ops
- Troubleshoot and support any technical or creative issues that arise related to bid requests, win rates, optimization levers, audience targeting, pricing, fees, and more, ultimately ensuring the smooth execution of net new launches
- Comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem, and client needs/requirements to intelligently set long-term partnership goals
- Be both a role model and representative of the Perion culture both internally and externally
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of business development and/or account management experience at media company, agency, or publisher
- Strong analytical and strategic abilities
- Passion for data, process and customer success
- Deadline-driven and process-oriented personality
- Comfortable working in the fast-paced, dynamic and growing business
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Desired Characteristics:
- Prior experience in Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Historical knowledge of header bidding solutions, the programmatic industry and trends
- Self-starter: ability to work very independently but also fit into a strong team environment
- Ability to foster strong internal and external relationships
- Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
