Retail Campaign Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a solution-oriented and communication-driven Retail Campaign Specialist at Perion. This position will be responsible for managing our retail initiatives' campaigns. You will lead strategic data-driven initiatives, drive actionable insights on campaign management, and advise on internal platform capabilities. Internally, this position will collaborate with various stakeholder groups (Client Services, Product, Data Science, Partnerships, & Sales) to evolve internal processes designed to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee commerce-related operational efforts to ensure the performance of campaign spend and client KPIs
  • Analyze performance to extract insights from internal and external reporting, enhancing decision-making and optimization efforts
  • Proactively identify optimization recommendations based on data-driven insights and established best practices
  • Manage troubleshooting and escalation process for issues causing budget under-delivery and missed KPI performance
  • Work closely with Supply Side Platform partners to set up deal ids, troubleshoot campaign concerns, and general campaign upkeep of our programmatic buys
  • Communicate with external DSP media buyers, agency trading desk leads to identify any constraints on our programmatic deals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and processes to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Work synchronously with Client Success and Measurement Team to offer suggestions and advice on building out thoughtful campaigns based on each campaign's unique KPIs

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in advertising required
  • Experience in programmatic campaign management preferred with familiarity in external DSPs and SSPs, Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, & Google DV 360 a plus
  • Ideal candidate would have experience working with e-commerce clients or Retail Media Networks
  • Familiarity with Real Time Bidding and auction-based campaign delivery buying via private marketplace and programmatic guaranteed campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to multitask preferred
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to align technical offerings with practical and creative solutions to solve problems
  • Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a path that is sometimes yet to be paved
