IT Support Technician

Perion is seeking an IT Support Technician based in the NYC Tri-State area to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems and networks, enabling our teams to work efficiently with minimal IT disruptions. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support and deliver effective IT solutions that drive business productivity.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hybrid role with a minimum of 3-4 days in the NYC office. This can fluctuate to 5 days a week based on business needs
• Acting as the primary point of contact for global IT support across the organization
• Ability to work unsupervised at times
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems, both in office and remote locations
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Minimum of 2yrs relevant experience

Profile and Experience:

• Intermediate knowledge of Identity apps: (G-suite, Okta, AD)
• Working knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira)
• Deep understanding of video conferencing (Zoom)
• Strong knowledge of Mac + PC
• General understanding of MDMs (Intune and Kandji)
• Slack workspace management
• General IT support tasks
• Ability to pick up 40 lbs
• A minimum of CompTIA, A+ and N+ certifications
• A degree in technical studies is preferred but not required
