About this opportunity 

Join our publisher solutions team as an Account Executive, Publisher Solutions, DOOH, and drive strategic, influential partnerships.  In this pivotal role, you will develop strong relationships with supply-side DOOH partners to promote the adoption of industry-leading supply-side products. You will be tasked with helping publishers maximize their revenue by leveraging industry-leading solutions such as the Perion ad server, header bidder, and more.

Purposes of the Role

  • Evangelize the Perion brand in the market, highlighting our supply-side solutions and capabilities in the space.
  • Prepare and present platform demonstrations and presentations to both high-level executives and tech experts of the target Media Owners. Clearly understand the benefits of the Perion Ad server and be able to communicate these effectively with clients
  • Negotiate and close partner agreements with Media Owners
  • Ensure positive and long-lasting client relationships. Manage key Media Owner relationships and work closely with our Global Ad Server Lead to drive adoption of our solutions in-market
  • Build strong relationships with day-to-day media owner contacts. 
  • First point of contact for new and existing media publishers with respect to Ad Server business development, features, benefits and process.
  • Ability to upsell supply-side products (ad server, header bidder, data) from prospecting to close.
  • Own a regional programmatic and direct revenue budget.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and calls with client decision makers
  • Attend industry events and relevant conferences

 

What do you need to perform in this job 

  • Preferably, university-educated and any professional qualifications relating to the digital industry are a definite advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Digital Agency, DOOH, Programmatic, Online Publisher 
  • Strong relationship-building ability, able to interface with varying levels within the client organization
  • A ‘hunter’ mentality, securing new and meaningful business opportunities and growing them

 Essential role requirements

  • Quickly understand and be able to train others on technical concepts such as ad serving and how a CMS functions (Content Management System)
  • Experience in negotiation, with a willingness to ask for help when required
  • Sound understanding of Programmatic Advertising and DOOH landscape
  • Strong understanding of the Perion Platform and ability to present and demonstrate its capabilities against competitors in the market
  • Comfortable negotiating and managing complex business terms and contracts
  • Advanced experience in building and delivering presentations. Ability to understand and present a UI
  • Entrepreneurial approach to thinking and work
  • Travel as needed
