Role Overview
As a Junior Media Trader, you will join the Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
You will be responsible for the launch, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of high-impact digital advertising campaigns (with a focus on Meta and YouTube).
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and activate media campaigns across platforms (Meta, YouTube, DV360, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time to achieve KPIs: performance, margin, delivery
- Analyze key metrics (VCR, CPM, CPV, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and deliver reporting to clients
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to share performance insights
- Be involved in international projects
👤 Profile
✅ Technical Skills:
- A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in media buying, traffic management, or paid social
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager and/or YouTube Ads (via Google Ads or DV360)
- Strong understanding of digital media KPIs (CPM, CPV, CTR, VTR, etc.)
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Good level of English (B2 minimum – frequent international interactions)
