About the Role
Reporting to the EMEA Managing Director, you will be responsible for evangelising Perion’s value proposition across the Italian market, educating agencies and brands on our digital advertising solutions. A key focus will be on Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) and Outmax, Perion’s performance marketing platform designed to maximise campaign results through intelligent optimisation, precise targeting, and real-time, data-driven execution.
We are seeking a high-impact Sales Director to drive growth across Perion’s pDOOH and performance solutions. You will own new business development, expand key accounts, and design strategic client approaches that deliver measurable results.
Working closely with Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams, you will ensure campaign effectiveness and client growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital media or advertising, consistently exceeds revenue targets, and knows how to translate data into actionable commercial success.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Promote Perion’s brand and digital ecosystem across the advertising technology landscape
- Develop and execute a clear strategic plan to achieve revenue targets
- Prospect, build, and close new business opportunities with brands, marketers, agencies, and demand-side partners
- Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships across multiple Perion solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with senior decision-makers
- Attend key industry events and conferences
- Use structured sales processes and tools to deliver accurate forecasting
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and business strategy
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 8–10 years of experience in online advertising sales
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the OOH landscape in Italy
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network and reputation within the industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
- Ability to generate revenue and deliver accurate forecasting and reporting
- Strong client service orientation
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to represent and elevate the Perion brand in-market
- Capability to develop and execute agency strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Ability to collaborate with marketing on go-to-market initiatives and sales materials
- Strong understanding of Perion’s full solution suite and ability to present it effectively
