About the Role:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to expand our direct-to-consumer acquisition efforts. You’ll help optimize our existing paid campaigns on Google and Meta while taking the lead in launching new digital channels—including TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and others—to diversify and scale our marketing mix.
This role is perfect for a creative, analytical marketer who thrives on building campaigns from the ground up and isn't afraid to test new platforms, formats, and audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns on emerging platforms including TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and others
  • Develop and test channel-specific creative strategies
  • Identify new opportunities to drive customer acquisition at scale and within CAC targets
  • Optimize performance of existing campaigns on Google and Meta, with a focus on creative iteration, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy
  • Report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital media, consumer behavior, and platform changes

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing for a DTC brand, ideally in ecommerce or financial services
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing campaigns on at least one of: Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs, targeting strategies, and attribution frameworks
  • Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns within defined acquisition goals
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across creative and analytics teams

Bonus:

  • Experience marketing to subprime or underserved audiences
  • Background in regulated industries (e.g., fintech, healthcare)
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and DTC funnel optimization
