Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional hiring experience as we scale our team.

Contract Details:
Rate: $40 - $43 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hybrid work schedule: In-office M/T/W/F

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics
  • Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey
  • Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Constantly think about ways to drive improvements in processes
  • Track and report on weekly data
  • Assist with broader recruiting tasks as needed
