Enterprise Growth Marketing Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in a unique role that bridges marketing and sales functions. This position’s primary objective is to drive high-quality enterprise pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into sales opportunities or self-serve customers.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of marketing and sales. You'll be responsible for creating qualified white-glove leads by creating outbound campaigns for enterprise customers while building marketing campaigns that drive self-serve customer conversion.

This is a high-impact role on our small but mighty Enterprise team, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of understanding prospect and customer journeys across PLG and white-glove customers ****to continuously refine ICP profile and build targeted campaigns around their buyer journey
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and product and be ruthlessly data-driven to refine and define target accounts and buyer journeys for PLG and white-glove motion
  • Optimize PLG self-serve funnel through channels and content to increase paying conversion across self-serve customers
  • Ideate and execute campaigns based on intent signals and qualify a high-volume leads for both PLG and white-glove leads through outreach and campaigns (paid ads, lifecycle email campaigns, SEO, etc). Including demos, videos, and sequences to support user education and adoption
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights
  • Scale and automate campaigns and plays in platforms like Unify for consistent, scalable outreach to ICP and target personas
  • Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics from campaigns number of leads generated, pipeline ARR, conversion rates, and sales-qualified opportunities created

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years at a fast-paced start up in similar growth roles
  • Proven track record of generating quality leads, increasing conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel, and exceeding measurable performance goals
  • Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota and revenue goals
  • Ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency
  • Experience with SaaS or technology GTM and sales environment preferred

  • Experience at a high-growth startup that has both PLG and white-glove sales motion
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex B2B buying processes
  • Previous experience in a hybrid sales/marketing role or demonstrated interest in both functions
  • Geeks out about finding new data sets and unique user data to action on campaigns
  • Passionate about building connections in novel and professional ways, you are a power user of social media and digital communities—constantly seeking out new audiences, channels, and conversations that move the pipeline forward
  • Your mindset is equal parts creative and analytical: you spot emerging patterns and act decisively and quickly, with the technical chops and excitement to turn ideas into measurable results in a fast-paced environment
  • You have proven experience crafting compelling content that captures attention and sparks interesting sales conversations, helping to scale our product and elevate brand authority in the market

The cash compensation for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience level) 
 
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
