Job title: Director of Marketing, (Ladies Brands) Rafaella and Laundry Brands

Objective:
The Director of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity. This executive will oversee all marketing functions, including brand management, advertising, public relations, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- Oversee the development and management of the marketing budget.
- Brand Management and Positioning:
- Define and articulate the brand vision, values, and positioning.
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage brand partnerships and collaborations to maximize brand exposure.
- Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including licensees, agents, and distributors.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing or brand licensing with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
