 Summary:

The Vice President of Hispanic Marketing - Latam is responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that resonate with diverse consumer segments across Latin America, Mexico, Brazil. This role will play a critical role in driving brand growth and market share by fostering meaningful connections with culturally relevant audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Multicultural Marketing Strategies:
    • Develop and implement culturally sensitive and inclusive marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social media, print, experiential).
    • Conduct in-depth market research and audience segmentation to understand the needs and preferences of diverse consumer groups.
    • Identify and leverage cultural trends and insights to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Build Strong Brand Partnerships:
    • Collaborate with key influencers, cultural leaders, and community organizations to build authentic brand partnerships.
    • Leverage diverse media outlets and platforms to reach target audiences.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment.
    • Develop and manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, merchandising, and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on multicultural marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities within the Latam region.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Spanish) is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Experience working in international markets.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
