- Support PMO team on various projects to act as liaison between business user groups, technical systems groups and solution providers.
- Design and document workflow, manage and provide solutions to new retail trends, and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths.
- Collect and analyze project’s business requirements from the end user and the technical staff and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
- Evaluate data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys, and workshops.
- Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, standard operating procedures (SOP) and functional specification documents.
- Communicate with the business and technical team to deliver product’s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.
- Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios.
- Test, validate and evaluate new applications and functions.
Skills, Knowledge, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics, computer science or related field (U.S. or foreign equivalent).
