Position Summary:
As the Junior Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supervising the supply chain to ensure the timely execution of main steps, following standard procedures for validation and allocation. You will work within a fast-paced retail environment, requiring the ability to multitask, take on diverse assignments, and make quick, appropriate decisions that benefit both the company and our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role, collaborating effectively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate EDI orders.
- Allocate orders and distribute them to different warehouses.
- Process and track all orders (make-up or stock).
- Work closely with Purchasing, Imports, Sales, Planning, and warehouses to expedite orders.
- Request distros and extensions as needed.
- Provide customer service to accounts.
- Maintain clean reports, files, and documentation.
- Ensure Sarbanes/Oxley Act adherence within the sales team.
- Assist the Claims Department in resolving chargebacks.
- Work closely with Inventory Control to monitor accuracy.
- Follow up on Special Project forms.
Qualifications:
- AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Retail or wholesale apparel background preferred.
- Proficient with Google Drive/Applications related software.
- Computer Skills.
- Bilingual a plus.
