SUMMARY:
The Sourcing Coordinator plays a key administrative and operational support role within the Accessories sourcing team. This position ensures smooth coordination across departments and vendors by managing product and cost data, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting sourcing timelines. The coordinator is responsible for handling key administrative tasks such as data entry, system updates, internal communications, and supplier follow-ups to help drive efficiency and ensure accurate execution of sourcing plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the sourcing team by coordinating administrative and operational tasks throughout the product lifecycle.

Maintain, organize, and update cost sheets and product information.

Accurately input and manage product, vendor, and cost data within internal systems, including PLM and Excel.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Social Compliance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales to monitor and support on-time delivery.

Assist with the adoption of new products by supporting communication and administrative tasks related to factory sourcing and price negotiation.

Maintain daily communication with overseas vendors to follow up on raw materials, delivery schedules, pricing, and documentation.

Coordinate the setup and maintenance of packing instruction decks for factories; work cross-functionally with Design, Sourcing, and Sales to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Share reports with Sourcing and Design teams on purchase orders in progress, organized by month, to support the creation of Tack-On Order line sheets.

Update the Sales team regularly on order status to ensure alignment and visibility.

Communicate daily with factories to address production updates, questions, and follow-ups.

Generate and update margin analyses, reports, and tracking tools as directed by the sourcing team.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support product compliance, costing, and delivery planning.

Help manage timelines and documentation associated with development and production milestones.

Provide general administrative support to the sourcing team, including meeting preparation, file organization, and calendar tracking.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, data management, and formatting)

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers

Proactive, flexible, and dependable team player with a positive attitude

Comfortable working with sourcing and manufacturing systems; PLM experience is a plus

Basic understanding of retail, costing, and production timelines preferred

Ability to identify discrepancies in data and escalate issues appropriately
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, product coordination, purchasing, or production support

Experience working with PLM systems and/or ERP platforms (Essentus experience is a plus)

Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Self-motivated and capable of working independently while supporting a collaborative team
