- Work directly with buyers to bring each season’s collections to life—from order placement to execution.
- Collaborate with Perry Ellis leadership to align sales strategy with the bigger brand picture.
- While you're not managing a team just yet, you'll start developing the leadership chops to do so down the line.
- Present new collections to retail buyers and execs with confidence and clarity—this is your stage.
- Partner with Planning to make sure our margins stay as sharp as our polos. ● Forecast, build and hit sales goals with precision.
- Curate assortments and make smart door-level recs that drive results. ● Analyze chargebacks and work with accounts to reduce them proactively. ● Prep like a pro—come to meetings with a plan, leave with a path forward. ● Lead sales meetings with purpose and follow-through (yes, including killer recaps).
- Keep a pulse on the competition—what they’re doing, what we’re doing better. ● Manage inventory to maximize available-to-sell.
- Travel to meet accounts, attend trade shows, and spread the OPG story.
What Makes You Original:

- Highly collaborative across functions like Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, and Marketing.
- Detail-obsessed with serious organizational skills.
- A self-starter who can manage accounts independently without missing a beat. ● Tech-savvy with MS Excel, Word, Outlook—and fluent in retail math.
- A born presenter and negotiator with strong leadership potential.
- Skilled in prioritizing, multitasking, and staying cool under pressure.
The Essentials:
