Manage the company's annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Consolidate and summarize all submissions of the monthly forecast and annual budget with the team. Work with the operations teams to help them understand financial results and partner with them to improve margins. Develop financial reports to analyze revenues, costs, expenses, transactions and trends related to financial performance to meet budgeted annual goals. Work closely with key members of the accounting department after month end to reconcile and allocate expenses. Monitor actual results versus plan, identify significant fluctuations and propose recommendations and corrective actions. Manage the preparation of various financial analysis used for presentations to Executive/Senior
Management. Perform special financial analysis projects as requested by senior management.
Special Software/Hardware Skills Needed: Yes
Special Skills:
Masters degree in business administration, finance, or related field (U.S. or
foreign equivalent). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
