Summary
Overview: Detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish-English) professional responsible for data management, access control, data alignment, reporting, licensing partner enablement, licensing contract interpretation, and process improvement within Brand Comply (Octane5).

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile licensee sales submissions with Brand Comply reports and resolve data    discrepancies.
    • Interpret licensing contracts; verify contracts and add PPTC data to Brand Comply.
    • Manage user access and onboard new licensing/licensee team members
    • Add and maintain contracts/rights (channels, products, territories) with accurate metadata.
    • Excel-powered data management and reporting; create dashboards (Looker/Tableau-like) and monthly management reports.
    • Host partner training; assist partners with upload issues and ensure smooth data submissions.
    • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance; document processes for internal teams and partners.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) spoken communication skills are mandatory.
    • Data verification and rights management
    • Experience with data visualization, reporting, and onboarding/training
    • Understanding of licensing business models or licensing contract interpretation
    • Experience granting user access and managing entitlements
    • Advanced Excel skills (formatting, formulas, PivotTables); familiarity with Looker/Tableau or similar tools
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, communication skills, openness to learn and leverage AI functionalities

Experience

  • 1+ years in licensing operations, licensing software use or related field
    • Familiarity with licensing contracts across multiple product categories, territories, and channels preferred


Performance Metrics
• Accuracy/timeliness of PPTC updates and contract verifications
• Reconciliation accuracy for licensee sales data
• Quality of monthly management reports and dashboards
• Effectiveness of partner training and issue resolution
• Impact of process improvements and system updates
