Position Summary:

As the eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our marketing marketplace strategy, leading high-performance advertising efforts across our premier 1P retail partners. You will act as the primary lead for product discoverability and conversion on platforms such as Walmart.com, Macys.com, Kohls.com, and others, ensuring brand consistency across our diverse portfolio while driving measurable sales growth through sophisticated retail media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Media & Performance Marketing: Execute and oversee Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand campaigns across Retail Media Networks (RMNs), performing weekly bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, and budget reallocations to maximize ROAS.
  • Financial Stewardship: Partner closely with Finance to establish account-level budgets and manage complex invoice coding via NetSuite to ensure precision in ad-spend tracking.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Generate weekly performance snapshots and Monthly Executive Reports (EMR) to translate digital metrics into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead Ecommerce Business Review meetings, aligning Sales and Finance teams on shipment data, sales trends, and upcoming digital marketing opportunities.
  • Social Proof Management: Lead Bazaarvoice campaigns and review sampling programs to drive product ratings and syndication, boosting consumer confidence and conversion.
  • Operational Support: Provide ad-hoc support for 1P operations and merchandising initiatives, including Amazon-specific projects related to advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, specifically within 1P Wholesale or Retail Media environments.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven track record managing campaigns within Walmart Connect, Criteo, CitrusAd, or similar Retail Media Networks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite for financial tracking.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the apparel industry and the specific digital requirements of major retailers like Macy’s, Kohl’s, and Sam’s Club.
  • Tools: Experience with Bazaarvoice or similar review syndication and social proof platforms.

  • Adaptability: A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple brands and retail platforms in a fast-paced environment.
