Summary: 

We are looking for a digitally fluent, proactive Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. This role is designed to provide high-impact operational support, ensuring our brand maintains executional consistency during our busiest seasonal peak. You will serve as a key resource in managing day-to-day tactical tasks, allowing the core team to focus on high-level strategy and performance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage social media scheduling, coordinate creative assets, and assist in multimedia production, including shooting and editing short-form video content.
  • Monitor social platforms to maintain consistent response times and engage with our audience.
  • Conduct competitor trend spotting and perform light research to keep the team informed on rapidly evolving social and content behaviors.
  • Compile performance insights and data for review meetings and assist in the creation of comprehensive campaign recaps.
  • Assist with content organization, maintain media lists, and ensure smooth coordination with external partners.
  • Participate in brand and content strategy sessions, offering creative input and a fresh perspective on audience engagement.

Qualifications: 

  • Understanding of current social media platforms, emerging digital trends, and how audiences engage online.
  • Basic video shooting and editing for social channels.
  • Ability to gather data and organize it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Capable of managing repeatable tasks with high attention to detail and meeting strict media deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for community engagement and internal collaboration.

For this New York based position, the expected base salary is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
