Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with strong experience in timekeeping systems and human capital management systems. The ideal candidate will assist ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and supporting compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the processing of payroll for all employees accurately and on time using Kronos and Oracle HCM systems
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and adjustments
  • Prepare reports related to payroll and provide data analysis as required
  • Assist in year-end processes and audits

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of full cycle payroll processing experience
  • Associate's degree in related field preferred
  • Proven experience with timekeeping systems; Kronos preferred
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
