We’re on the hunt for a friendly, organized, high-energy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first vibe our clients and their pets experience when they walk through the door.

✨ The Role (aka front desk MVP) - Full Time
As our CSR, you’ll be the go-to for all things client experience. You set the tone, keep the schedule on lock, and make sure every pet parent feels heard and cared for.
What you’ll do:

Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude

Answer phones and respond to questions with confidence and care

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar like a pro

Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting

Support the team to help the clinic run efficiently
