Technical Lead

About this role:

The Technical Lead is a key expert in the company’s engineering team, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining our software products. You will be responsible for designing and developing new features, be involved in regular upgrades of our tech stack, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Working across the full stack, you will gain a deep understanding of our services and ecosystems, enabling you to make significant technical contributions. 

Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training engineers, contributing to their professional development and growth, and fostering a collaborative, innovative team environment. Your expertise will drive the technical direction of projects and help shape the future of our engineering practices.

You are a great fit if you possess the following.

  • Degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • 6 years of industrial experience out of which a minimum 1 as a technical lead.
  • Experience in SaaS development.
