Senior Account Executive (AI Factory Solutions)

About Phaidra

Phaidra is building the future of industrial automation.

The world today is filled with static, monolithic infrastructure. Factories, power plants, buildings, etc. operate the same they've operated for decades — because the controls programming is hard-coded. Thousands of lines of rules and heuristics that define how the machines interact with each other. The result of all this hard-coding is that facilities are frozen in time, unable to adapt to their environment while their performance slowly degrades.

Phaidra creates AI-powered control systems for the industrial sector, enabling industrial facilities to automatically learn and improve over time. Specifically:

  • We use reinforcement learning algorithms to provide this intelligence, converting raw sensor data into high-value actions and decisions.
  • We focus on industrial applications, which tend to be well-sensorized with measurable KPIs — perfect for reinforcement learning.
  • We enable domain experts (our users) to configure the AI control systems (i.e. agents) without writing code. They define what they want their AI agents to do, and we do it for them.

Our team has a track record of applying AI to some of the toughest problems. From achieving superhuman performance with DeepMind's AlphaGo, to reducing the energy required to cool Google's Data Centers by 40%, we deeply understand AI and how to apply it in production for massive impact.

Phaidra’s ability to achieve its mission is determined by our ability to work together — as defined by our core values: TransparencyCollaborationOperational Excellence, Ownership, and Empathy. We seek individuals who embody these values, as they are instrumental in ensuring our team consistently delivers excellence and fosters an engaging and supportive culture

Phaidra is based in the USA, but we are 100% remote with no physical office. We hire employees internationally with the help of our partner, OysterHR. Our team is currently located throughout the USA, Canada, UK, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, and India.

Who You Are

Phaidra is pioneering the AI Factory model, transforming how industrial facilities, particularly the most advanced data centers, continuously learn, adapt, and optimize their performance. Unlike traditional data centers that store and process data, AI factories are purpose-built to manufacture intelligence at scale, turning raw data into real-time insights and predictions. Our cutting-edge reinforcement learning algorithms drive radical resource efficiency and unlock unprecedented levels of automation. This new era of AI is becoming essential national infrastructure, much like electricity or the internet.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive the adoption of Phaidra's AI Factory solutions within the enterprise and data center markets. You will be instrumental in bringing a disruptive new technology to market, helping our customers leverage the power of AI to achieve faster time to value, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in their operations.

NVIDIA's Vision of AI Factories:

NVIDIA, a key player in this revolution, describes AI Factories as facilities that go beyond traditional data centers, focusing on the manufacturing of intelligence. They emphasize the integration of powerful GPUs for fast data processing and AI model training, advanced networking to connect massive GPU clusters, and sophisticated software platforms for designing, testing, and deploying AI models. NVIDIA's CEO, Jensen Huang, views AI as new infrastructure, akin to electricity or the internet, and the AI factories as the facilities that produce valuable "tokens" – units of data and information that combine to create new knowledge and intelligent solutions. These factories are driving innovation, efficiency, and market differentiation by making AI faster, cheaper, and more powerful for a wide range of applications, including healthcare, autonomous vehicles, and telecom.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
