You live at the intersection of journalism and brand storytelling – And excel in bringing complex technology to life and connect our brand with diverse audiences. We are looking for a Content Editor and Writer (f/m/d) 60–100% with a sharp editorial sense and a strategic mindset to help us shape the future of energy storage – from our hubs in Root (Switzerland) or Berlin (Germany).

In this role, you’ll seek out stories within our company and beyond – from industry trends and science to policy shifts – and turn them into meaningful content. As part of our communications team, you’ll play an essential role in building our digital presence and editorial output. You’ll think like a journalist, write like a pro, and contribute like a strategist – all while helping us lead the conversation on energy storage and the future of clean tech.

Your tasks and Responsibilities

• Create regular content in collaboration with our internal design team for diverse internal and external outlets (Social Media, Intranet, Website …)
• Research and develop different content formats like articles, blog posts, newsletters, white papers, case studies, etc.
• Drive our social media presence (starting with LinkedIn) and engage with our audience and communities
• Develop and implement SEO and AIO concepts
• Develop and execute a content plan together with our PR team that is aligned with our marketing strategy, analytics insights, and product roadmap
• Participate in our MarCom AI taskforce

Must have's

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, engineering, or related field or similar education
• 3+ years proven experience in a copywriting, content writing and creation, or editorial role
• Skilled at making complex technical concepts easy to understand
• Excellent German and English language skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
• Creative mindset and openness to learn new tools
• Empathy for the different target groups and ability to adapt tone and style  

Nice to have's

• Familiarity with battery technologies and/or renewable energy
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. PipeDrive) for streamlining campaign management
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow), SEO tools, and analytics platforms

Location: Root, Switzerland or Berlin, Germany - if not on-site in our office in Technopark Luzern, then occasional travel to our office
