We are looking for a Freelancer - Digital Events and Streaming IT Specialist (f/m/d) to support the planning, setup, and execution of large digital meetings with up to around 500 participants on a regular basis. The focus lies on AGMs, webinars, and other high-stakes company-wide meetings with formal requirements. The role combines preparation, execution, and live support to ensure stable, secure, and professional events. A long-term collaboration is intended. Start date is asap, ideally mid to end of April. 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and support large digital meetings such as AGMs, webinars, and other company-wide events 
  • Prepare reliable Microsoft Teams based meeting setups with clear roles, permissions, and access control 
  • Ensure a stable, secure, and well structured live experience for speakers and participants 
  • Set up and support audio, video, room, and speaker configurations for on site and hybrid events 
  • Prepare repeatable setups and run test sessions for critical meetings 
  • Support the use of additional tools such as voting platforms, live transcription, or translation where required 
  • Provide live technical support during events and resolve issues pragmatically if they occur 
  • Optionally support regular on site IT topics such as meeting room setup, conferencing equipment, and basic troubleshooting

Must have's:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams in complex meeting or webinar setups 
  • Experience with large digital meetings with several hundred participants 
  • Solid understanding of audio, video, and conferencing setups 
  • Experience working with on site or hybrid meeting formats 
  • Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented working style during live events 
  • Awareness for security, access control, and data protection
  • Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have's:

  • Experience with voting or registration platforms used in formal meetings 
  • Experience with live transcription or real time translation tools 
  • Background in corporate, investor, or governance related events 
  • Availability for periodic on site support
