Quantitative Analyst – Football Operations

Position Summary
The Quantitative Analyst will be a member of the analytics team within Football Operations. This position will expose candidates to all parts of the modern NFL front office, including player evaluation, game preparation, resource allocation, sports science, and player development. A good candidate will be able to work with football data to draw insights and improve decision-making. Applicants should have the quantitative skills to analyze complex problems and the technical ability to implement their ideas effectively. We expect applicants to have a good foundation in statistical modeling.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated experience in statistics and machine learning
- Proficient with data management and analysis in statistical software (R, Python, SQL)
- Software development and data visualization skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
- Passion for football
