The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

Lincoln Financial Field is one of the premier sports and entertainment facilities in the United States. In addition to being the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, the stadium hosts numerous other events, providing an unmatched spectator experience for over 69,000 fans. Lincoln Financial Field is maintained and managed by professionals working together to provide the highest quality sports and entertainment experience in a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

 

 

The Philadelphia Eagles will host their fifth Virtual Diversity Development Series for business operations. This 5-week informational series (one session per week) is an opportunity for selected entry level diverse candidates to learn more about the organization, potential career opportunities and the career paths of front office employees. In addition, expand your community and connections. The series will be limited to 40 selected participants to ensure quality interaction and networking.

Event dates and times: (Tuesdays) March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and April 1st from 4pm-5:30pm ET

  • Each session will include an introduction from Philadelphia Eagles Front Office Senior Leadership with the opportunity for Q&A.
  • Sessions will be hosted by department leaders in the following areas: Corporate Partnership Sales and Activation, Premium Sales and Services, Marketing, Digital and Social Media, Business and Data Analytics, Human Resources, Community Relations, Eagles Autism Foundation, Merchandise, and Ticketing and Fan Services.
  • Session leaders will provide information on departmental insights, responsibilities, and career development.
  • Participants will network with session leaders, have the opportunity to ask questions, and be well positioned to understand future opportunities in their respective areas of interest.

Requirements:

  • Must be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (eligible graduation years 2024-2026).
  • Must be available to participate in all 5 sessions: Session Dates: (Tuesdays) March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and April 1st from 4pm-5:30pm ET
  • Drive to pursue opportunities within the Sports industry focused in Business Operations required.
  • Must have interest in exploring post graduate opportunities in the Philadelphia area.
