
Event Staff Operations Seasonal Associate

The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

Position Summary
The Event Staff Operations Seasonal Associate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Fan Services department and support full-time Fan Services staff with the coordination of all events at Lincoln Financial Field.
R E P O R T I N G R E L A T I O N S H I P S
The Event Staff Operations Seasonal Associate will report to the Event Staff Operations Manager and work closely with all staff members of the Fan Services Department.
P O S I T I O N R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
· Assist in Game Day Staff communication including monitoring the Game Day Staff email and phone communications
· Support Event Staff Operations Manager and Coordinator in Game Day Staff operations including pre-event set up and preparation and post event review and documentation
· Assist with uniform inventory, laundering and upkeep
· Assist with equipment inventory and upkeep
· Utilize ABI Mastermind software to track and log staff interactions
· Assist and coordinate programs such as the quality control staff and 50/50 raffle program
· Assist in the planning and execution of Game Day Staff trainings, Game Day Staff Draft Day, Game Day Staff Appreciation Day and Game Day Staff Post Season Party
· Assist with administering Game Day Staff incentive programs
· Assist with reviewing and recording Game Day Staff Supervisor reports
· Provide administrative support to the department when necessary
· Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field as well as Game Day Staff related events
· Perform additional duties as assigned by any member of the Fan Services Department

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
· Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
· Excellent organizational, planning abilities and multitasking skills required
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters
· Strong interest or background in Guest Services, Staff Management and Operations required
