The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.

P O S I T I O N S U M M A R Y

This role will include responsibilities such as assisting in the development and execution of all Season Ticket Member initiatives including Training Camp, Insider Series, Game Day Events and various other activations.

 

R E P O R T I N G  R E L A T I O N S H I P S

The Seasonal Associate will report to the Season Ticket Member Experience Coordinator and work closely with all staff members of the Fan Services Department.

 

P O S I T I O N  R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

· Assist with planning and execution of all Season Ticket Member events including events at Philadelphia Eagles games, Training Camp, Event Series, and Signing Day

· Assist with preparation, management, and reporting of Fan Ambassador program for all Philadelphia Eagles game days

· Assist with creativity and creation of new ideas for Season Ticket Members

· Oversee tracking of all Season Ticket Member initiatives through SalesForce CRM database

· Keep inventory of all Season Ticket Member giveaways

· Assist with season ticket payments and relocation requests

· Assist in training and management of academic interns and game day staff

· Support the planning and execution of Game Day Staff trainings, Game Day Staff Appreciation Day and Game Day Staff Post Season Party

· Assist with the lost and found program, including logging, returning and donating items

· Assist in the response of fan suggestions, questions, concerns or comments via phone and email

· Assist with Ticket and Fan Services operations by working on all Season Ticket Member events, possible Game Day Staff events as well as all other major events at Lincoln Financial Field as directed by your supervisor.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

· Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required

· Excellent organizational, planning abilities and multi-tasking skills required

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters

· Strong interest or background in Customer Service, Client Experience and Operations required
