
Ticket Operations Seasonal Associate

P O S I T I O N S U M M A R Y
The Ticket Operations Seasonal Associate will learn the intricacies of an NFL Ticket Operations Department and Stadium Ticket Office. This position assists in the development and ticketing execution of Philadelphia Eagles games and large-scale special events. Associates will utilize the Archtics ticketing system daily for season ticket member account management, event creation, reporting, account updates, and order processing while helping to deliver excellent service to Eagles fans and season ticket members.
R E P O R T I N G R E L A T I O N S H I P S
The Ticket Operations Seasonal Associate will report to the Director of Ticketing while working under the daily supervision of the full time Ticket Office Staff of the Philadelphia Eagles.
P O S I T I O N R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
· Assist the Ticket Operations Managers in executing tasks leading up to and during all Philadelphia Eagles games
· Assist the Ticket Operations Managers in the planning and execution of special events at Lincoln Financial Field including concerts, soccer matches, Temple Football, Eagles kids club events, and Eagles-related special events
· Learn and use the Archtics ticketing system for account management, reporting, account updates, and order processing
· Provide customer service to Eagles Season Ticket Members via phone, email, and in-person at our ticket windows
· Assist in training and management of academic interns positioned in the Ticket Office Call Center helping with day-to-day operations and incoming calls and emails
· Learn and use the Salesforce CRM to assist with contracts, ticket fulfillment, and data processing for the Premium Sales and Services Team
· Help organize and input incoming payments throughout the Season Ticket Member invoicing and renewal period
· Assist with data entry including SBL information, customer information, and financial information
· Manage and maintain season ticket member files and customer hard file system
· Assist with office and ticket window set up for all events
· Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field assisting with ticket office operations

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
· Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational, planning abilities and multitasking skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters
· Previous experience within ticketing, including knowledge of programs such as Archtics and Salesforce, is preferred but not required.
