POSITION SUMMARY

 

The EAF Administrative-Marketing Seasonal Associate is responsible for providing overall administrative and logistical support in fundraising and will assist the EAF team in all areas of event execution, inclusion, and promotional activities. Qualified individuals should have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

 

The Administrative-Marketing Seasonal Associate will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising Manager, and Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Coordinator.

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Capture and create content at Eagles Autism Foundation events for social media, websites, and newsletter
  • Work with EAF staff on implementation and maintenance of Eagles Autism Foundation new website
  • Assist with all logistics and event details related to the Eagles Autism Challenge
  • Oversee EAC participant and team profiles in the CRM Software
  • Identify potential strategic partners and corporate sponsors aligned with organizational mission and goals while maintaining a pipeline of prospects
  • Fulfill activation components for sponsors including appearance requests and attendance at events
  • Provide customer service support through the Eagles Autism Foundation general e-mail and phone line
  • Support all mailings – solicitations, donation requests, thank you letters, etc.
  • Oversee & organize merchandise fulfillment and inventory along with storage operations
  • Provide support in the development and creation of the Eagles Autism Foundation Impact Report
  • Assist with gameday responsibilities including coordinating EAF merchandise activation, volunteer management, and donor experiences
  • Sensory Room coverage for all Lincoln Financial Field events including nights and weekends (Eagles games, Temple games, concerts, etc.)
  • Assist with inclusive youth programs such as All Abilities Series, Jr. Cheer Clinic, Youth Football and Kids Club activities
  • Support game day staff inclusion initiative
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026). 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with efficient time management and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience or interest in working with the autism and special needs community across the lifespan.
