
Community Relations and Youth Football Seasonal Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will support both the Community Relations Department and the Eagles’ Youth Football initiatives. The Seasonal Associate will assist with planning and running community and youth football events, processing donation requests, responding to inquiries, managing donated and autographed items, and supporting youth football outreach. Qualified candidates should have strong communication and public speaking skills, excellent time management, a professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while representing the Eagles in the community.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Community Relations & Youth Football Seasonal Associate will report to the Director of Community Relations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning, organization, execution and recap of all 2026 Philadelphia Eagles community and youth football events.
- Maintain an extensive inventory of community relations and youth football merchandise, and manage the receipt, processing, and fulfillment of all donation requests related to community relations and youth football, maintaining a comprehensive database for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Support game day, training camp and special events through coordination with fans, non-profit organizations, executives, and local businesses including guest communications and scheduling, to create memorable experiences.
- Develop and manage youth and high school football contact databases with a goal of fostering relationships to enhance the reach and impact of programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for youth football partners, through active participation in local tournaments and showcases.
- Travel and transport supplies to events in the tri-state area for event set-up and execution.
- Additional duties as assigned by all members of the Community Relations team

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026).
- Youth coaching experience preferred
- Previous event planning experience
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, game days)
