POSITION SUMMARY
This role will contribute to the overall department effort to achieve inventory maximization for 4 stores, gamedays, and all special event sales. Merchandise Seasonal Associate will work directly with merchandise buyers to assist in all department assortment planning and order placement. Associate will assist with gameday staff data and scheduling as well as store and warehouse operations.
This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Seasonal Associate will report to VP of Merchandise and various members of the Merchandise Department
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Eagles buying staff with merchandise planning, selection, and vendor follow up.
- Work with buying staff to create items in Merchandise Tracking System including item descriptions and images
- Create, manage, and track vendor purchase orders
- Maintain buy sheet to summarize orders with detailed data entry
- Work with Eagles merchandise operations department on various aspects of the Eagles stadium merchandise stores/stands including merchandising and inventory maintenance
- Assist with Eagles Pro Shop operations including merchandising sales floors and inventory stocking
- Assist in warehouse operations relating to product receiving, processing, and annual inventory
- Assist with retail operation at Training Camp and pop-up events
- Learn retail store operations at Lincoln Financial Field, Cherry Pro Shop, Plymouth Meeting Pro Shop and Rockvale Pro Shop
- Help manage gameday staff scheduling, data imports, and correspondence
- Be willing to take an active role wherever help is needed
- Assist in the overall merchandise operation on gameday specifically maintaining location inventory and helping manage gameday staff during gamedays
- Contribute to merchandise sales and operation for all events at Lincoln Financial Field by learning the life cycle of hot market selling during concerts, soccer matches, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026).
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Prior warehouse or retail experience preferred
- Flexible to work long hours and a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, nights and some holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to safely lift boxes heavy boxes
- Standing or sitting for extended periods of time and frequent climbing of stairs
- Be able to work in all weather conditions (Hot, Cold, Rain, Snow)
