The Philadelphia Eagles are currently seeking a Digital Product Seasonal Associate. This position is looking for candidates who have a strong passion for innovation, excellent communication skills, and a desire to explore the correlation between technology and user-centric design. In this role, the associate will be working closely with a highly skilled team to provide support to various business-related departments (Eagles Entertainment, Sponsorship, Marketing).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will be expected to deliver high-quality content that is production ready for millions of Eagles fans everywhere to consume.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Digital Product Seasonal Associate will report to the Digital Product Coordinator and Manager within Eagles Entertainment on a daily basis.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in Product Development: Contribute to the development of digital products by participating in brainstorming sessions, providing input on features, and supporting the overall product roadmap. Create forms and manage data for ongoing Sponsorship, Marketing, and Community activations.
- User Experience (UX): Focus on user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience of digital products. Assist Eagles Entertainment by efficiently managing content on our fan-facing website using our current CMS.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with Digital Product team and entire Eagles Entertainment to optimize digital content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and target audience.
- Data Recaps & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and recap data related to digital product performance, user engagement, and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Participate in testing processes across multiple devices (Android/iOS) and screen sizes to identify and address any issues related to the functionality and usability of digital products.
- Be a team player: Communicate and learn effectively, while actively providing solutions for key NFL milestone events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026).
- Provide a portfolio of independent work to showcase skills. (Public Figma Links, Online Portfolio site, and/or GitHub profile preferred)
- Experience with Web Development technologies is a plus – HTML, CSS, JS, CMS-driven platforms, UI/UX design and principles, and Q/A Testing
- Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution.
- Design and Prototyping Technologies – Figma, Adobe Suite (AI/XD/PS/ID), and Sketch
- Strong experience with conceptualizing wireframes into real-world prototypes that lead into the development process for the Eagles website and mobile app.
- Non-Technical Skills – Verbal and Written communication a strength. Strong attention to detail and organized. Able to think strategically. Able to manage multiple projects at any given time and provide task reports to the team.
- Ability to learn new technologies on the fly and implement in a production environment.
- Enthusiastic about sports and knowledge of the NFL yearly schedule is a plus.
- Previous internship utilizing web technologies or a CMS-driven website management.
- Knowledge with version control (e.g., Git)
- Experience with hosting/domain management (Netlify, GoDaddy, AWS)
- Wrike, Notion, Trello or any other project management platforms a plus
