POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Asset Management/Photography Associate will assist the Eagles Entertainment Media Asset Management team and Team Photographer in capturing, logging, archiving, and distributing Eagles Entertainment photo assets.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Digital Asset Management/Photography Associate will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Assets and Photography Director.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in organizing and tagging photos from team practices, events, and games.
- Assist in tagging photos with player information within PhotoShelter during Eagles games.
- Organize and catalog previously digitized historical content.
- Research and fulfill archival photo requests.
- Assist in photographing community, marketing, and corporate partnership events (this role does not photograph games).
- Assist in studio and on-location photoshoots.
- Edit and organize photos in post-production.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026).
- Related experience in photography and digital asset management.
- Ability to shoot with a variety of cameras and edit within Adobe Photoshop and Light Room.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and hard-working individual who can exercise judgment independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds.
- Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience with metadata, photo logging, or digital asset management.
- Previous work on large independent projects.
- Experience with Socialie software.
