Comp: Metrics based: ~$4-7/hr

About the Role

Outbound calling to people who started our eligibility quiz but didn't pay. Goal is to get them on the phone, answer questions, and convert them to subscribers. Also handles inbound calls from prospective patients (IVR Option 1).

What you’ll do

  • Make outbound calls from assigned queue in Talkdesk
  • Leave scripted voicemails when no answer (required to get credit for attempt)
  • Handle inbound calls from prospects seeking program info
  • Transfer existing patients who hit Option 1 by mistake to correct ring group
  • Hit daily call volume targets
  • Follow scripts and compliance guidelines (no medical claims, no guarantees)

Who you are

  • Strong English, neutral/American-friendly accent
  • 1+ year outbound sales or customer service experience
  • Comfortable with high call volume and rejection
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace
  • Can work US hours (PT or ET shifts)
  • Self-motivated, can work independently
  • Healthcare/telehealth experience
  • Talkdesk experience
  • Comfortable with commission-based pay

Shift Availability

We are looking for agents for the following shift.

  • Team A Shift: Monday - Friday & every other Saturday; 6am-6pm PST. 

The base salary for this full-time position and comp will be Metrics based: ~$4-7/hr. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
