
Marketing Coordinator
Step into our Marketing Coordinator role to help bring our brand and marketing campaigns to life across digital, social, and retail channels. This role supports the day-to-day coordination and execution of campaigns, store marketing initiatives, photoshoots, events, and marketing communications while keeping timelines, assets, and stakeholders organized and on track. It’s an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer to gain broad exposure across the Marketing team while contributing to work that reaches our customers and stores every day.
This is a 30-hours per week position. This role is currently remote and must be based within the Greater Los Angeles area. Our teams will return to a hybrid office environment in late 2026.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Marketing Campaign Support
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and project tracking to help ensure work stays organized and on schedule.
- Support logistics for internal and external photoshoots, including scheduling, vendor coordination, team communication, and asset preparation.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders on upcoming campaigns by sharing status updates, tracking action items, and following up on next steps.
- Maintain accurate and current marketing materials, campaign information, calendars, and key performance data.
- Draft and distribute marketing communications and memos for promotions, partnerships, campaign updates, and other team announcements with appropriate direction and review.
- Support email marketing execution by maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating campaign details and assets, and compiling performance results.
- Cross-train across key Marketing team responsibilities to provide administrative and executional coverage as needed.
- Manage general administrative support for the Marketing team, including invoice tracking, scheduling, meeting notes, file organization, and event coordination.
Local Retail Marketing
- Provide remote and on-site coordination and support for consumer tests, local store marketing events, and new store opening marketing activities.
- Maintain timelines and track Marketing deliverables for new store openings, escalating potential risks or delays to the appropriate team member.
- Coordinate with Marketing and retail partners to support effective campaign execution in stores and communicate operational feedback to the broader Marketing team.
- Coordinate retail marketing assets and collateral, including working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders on printing, shipping, delivery, and confirmation of receipt.
- Maintain organized inventories and records of retail marketing materials and support replenishment as needed.
Social Media Marketing
- Support the timely execution of marketing campaigns across channels, including digital, in-store, social media, public relations, and paid advertising.
- Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, asset management, and campaign execution.
- Compile and track social media performance metrics and assist the Marketing team in identifying trends and opportunities for future content.
- Monitor campaign and social media activity for accuracy and escalate issues or needed adjustments to the appropriate team member.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow through on assignments, proactively communicate status updates, and raise questions or potential issues when needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, digital marketing, or retail marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity working with common business applications such as Google Workspace.
- Ability to occasionally provide on-site support for store openings, events, photoshoots, or other Marketing activities as business needs require.

**Compensation & Benefits A reasonable estimate of the hourly rate for this role is $30.00 to $33.00. Please note that the hourly rate will vary based on qualifications, previous experience, and work location.
