Job Summary:
The Sales Key Acquisition Manager is responsible for Onboard the merchant, managing and growing relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. The Sales KAM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Acquisitions:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of the merchants according to the given revenue size.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales Growth:
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by developing and executing account-specific sales strategies.
- Onboard the Key Accounts on PhonePe Payment Gateway, where we get Transactions from the merchant month on month.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services within key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize account strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategic Planning:
- Create and implement strategic account plans that align with overall company objectives and client needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess progress, identify new opportunities, and address any challenges.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with other sales team members to share insights and strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
- Collect and analyze client feedback to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address any client concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams regarding client needs and market demands.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account plans, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and future projections.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar sales role, preferably in B2B PG.
- Years of experience at least 3-5 years as a Key Account Acquisition - Manager
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships.
- Proven track record of Hunting and closing the leads as a goog IC and achieving the targets month on month.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
