About Pincode:
Pincode is India’s first-of-its-kind local commerce app, revolutionising how local retailers connect with customers. It is built with the vision of empowering neighborhood stores, kiranas, and supermarkets. Pincode bridges the gap between traditional retail and modern e-commerce while preserving the charm of trusted, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Brand Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and vendors, ensuring seamless operations and quick issue resolution. You should have a sound knowledge of FMCG, Category Management, and Operations.
• Availability & Performance: Take full ownership of brand availability and drive targets. You'll be responsible for tracking and improving fill rates and reducing vendor lead times on a regular basis. You will also perform root cause analysis on performance issues and create a clear roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage brand payments and reconciliation issues efficiently, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including Planning, Category, Finance, and Catalog, to deliver cost-effective and optimal outcomes for the business.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Brand SCM Managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Skill Set:

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, FMCG  procurement.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fair understanding of financial processes.
