The PhonePe Lending team partners with lenders to offer multiple loan products to customers through the PhonePe app. For this role, we are looking for an analytically proficient individual responsible for managing business growth across multiple tracks. This role will support the candidate's end-to-end development in cross-functional collaboration, a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem and business growth. Strong preference for candidates with 3-4 years prior experience in growth roles across consumer fintechs or other similar fast-paced consumer app businesses
Responsibilities

E2E ownership to drive customer traffic (ToF)

Understand the right user profile for targeting and negotiate with internal marketing teams to secure the relevant marketing assets on the app for such user base

Constantly monitor the incoming traffic and deploy suitable interventions to ensure the right ToF

E2E ownership for the loan onboarding funnel for customers

Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and lending partners (Banks/ NBFCs) to ideate, solve, track and scale different interventions that make the customer funnel more seamless.

Fully responsible for preparing the monthly volume & revenue plan. Rigorously track actual performance against the plan and work proactively with all internal stakeholders and lender partners to make course corrections as needed
Ideal Candidate

B.Tech/MBA from a Tier-1 institution with 3-4 yrs of experience

Very hands on with excel and other reporting tools

Analytical and detail oriented with the ability to arrive at insights, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Influencing/Building consensus

Participate in brainstorming discussions and remain open to exploring alternative viewpoints

Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to be able to arrive at the most optimum solution
