The Opportunity
We are looking for a project manager to bring structure, predictability, and alignment to our high-speed creative workflow. Today, creators spend too much time navigating unclear priorities. This role exists to change that by building a system where creators create and the machine moves the work. You will not just manage projects: you will build the AI-driven infrastructure that automates the coordination itself.
Focus Area 1: Self-Automating Operations
You are a power user who treats operational friction as a technical problem to be solved.
- Automate the Grunt Work: You will use AI tools and agents to automate your own tasks, such as triaging incoming briefs, sending status reminders, and updating project health dashboards.
- Agentic Triage: You will build and manage AI agents that sit at the intake level to ensure every creative request has a complete brief before it ever touches a human creator.
- Workflow Engineering: You work with both creative and non-creative stakeholders to design and build end-to-end flows in tools like Notion, Jira, or Asana that reduce manual check-ins and eliminate loops.
Focus Area 2: Performance & Data Accountability
You don't just track if a video was "done": you track if it worked.
- The Feedback Loop: You will work toe-to-toe with the Channel Intelligence Lead to monitor core metrics like CTRs, retention drop-offs, and trendlines.
- SLA-Driven Quality: You are responsible for ensuring that execution remains predictable and SLA-driven, but you also hold the line on rework cycles and throughput.
- Trend Integration: You ensure that audience insights from the Intelligence Lead are immediately translated into the prioritized backlog so our factory is always building what is trending.
Focus Area 3: Stakeholder Alignment & Protection
You are the single point of communication for status, timelines, and decisions.
- Protector of Bandwidth: You consolidate feedback from business teams before it reaches creators to ensure there are no parallel or conflicting inputs.
- Time-Bound Approvals: You ensure approvals are aligned and time-bound rather than rolling, preventing the "unnecessary loops" that slow down production.
- Conflict Resolution: You are a planner who reduces chaos by preempting time clashes and bandwidth choke points before they happen.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Operational Experience: You have 5 to 7 years of experience in creative or digital environments and are comfortable building automated workflows.
- AI Proficiency: You have moved past simple prompting. You understand how to use LLMs and automation platforms to build custom "manager agents" for your own daily operations.
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and can look at a retention graph or a CTR trendline to understand how it should change our production priority.
- Confident Boundary Setting: You have the ability to enforce boundaries respectfully and confidently, ensuring the team stays focused on high-impact work rather than adhoc shortcuts.
Success Measures
- ≥ 95% SLA adherence for all project deliveries.
- 40 to 60% reduction in rework cycles through better brief automation and consolidated feedback.
- Creators spend > 80% of their time on output, with coordination handled by your automated systems.
- Predictable improvement in channel performance (CTR and Retention) through tight alignment with the Intelligence Lead.
