The Opportunity 

We are building a first of its kind AI content factory. As our AI Video Specialist, you are the master of the final render. You are a Video Creator first. Your role is to bridge the gap between a scripted idea and a world class visual reality by orchestrating a complex, AI first production pipeline. You aren't just cutting footage: you are navigating the latent space to synthesize high fidelity, cinematic content that sets a new industry standard.

The Craft (The Hybrid Approach)

• Neural Storytelling: You own the edit. Beyond just running models, you are responsible for the narrative flow, the emotional beats, and the hook-driven pacing required for modern platforms. You use AI to generate the assets, but you use your creator's instinct to assemble the story and ensure the human element remains front and center.
• Orchestrate Node-Based Logic: You will spend the majority of your time in ComfyUI, building custom, repeatable pipelines. You design workflows and style transfers that allow us to scale our production without losing creative control.
• Multi-Model Synthesis: You don't rely on a single tool. You know how to take a base generation from an open source model like LTX, Flux, or Wan (Qwen) and refine it using the high fidelity outputs of proprietary engines like Higgsfield.
• Master Temporal Consistency: You design workflows that ensure stable, flicker free motion, maintaining character and environmental integrity across every frame of a production.
• Cinematic Finishing: You provide the final human touch. This includes advanced color science, sound design, and audio-visual synchronization to ensure the final output feels like a high-budget production, not a generic AI clip.

The AI Technical Stack

• Local and Open Source: ComfyUI, Flux.1, LTX-2.3 Video, Wan 2.7 (Qwen) models.
• Cloud and Proprietary: Higgsfield Cinema Studio 3.5, Kling O3, SeeDance 2.0.
• Control and Precision: ControlNets, IP-Adapters, and specialized temporal upscaling nodes.
• Enhancement: Neural upscalers like Topaz and AI-driven audio cleanup tools.

• You are a Filmmaker at heart. You understand the visual grammar of cinema: pacing, lighting, and composition. You know how to steer AI models to achieve those professional standards.
• You think in data-flows. You understand the technical why behind a result, from sampler choice to CFG scales, and you can debug a complex node-based error in minutes.
• You are a Researcher-Creator. You are comfortable navigating GitHub, managing Python environments, and staying ahead of the latest paper to code releases in the open source world.
• You are obsessed with Automation. You don’t want to fix a single shot: you want to build a workflow that fixes the next thousand shots automatically.
• You have a High Ownership Mindset. You are the final wall of defense for the soul of the video. You ensure that the technology always serves the story, never the other way around.
