The Role
Our Client Services team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will serve as both a frontline support representative and a day-to-day leadership support, ensuring smooth operations while assisting with fulfillment processes and overflow support across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, strong Zendesk expertise, and the ability to problem-solve operational challenges in e-commerce fulfillment, fraud management, and returns processing.
What You'll Do:
Client Service Team Support:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email, stepping in to handle overflow inquiries as needed.
- Respond and provide solutions to Client Service Agents
- Assist in monitoring live agent queues and ensure service levels are met.
Operations & Order Management:
- Manage and resolve Deck Commerce, including refunds, fulfillment errors, and fraud reviews.
- Oversee warehouse inventory and communicate with the warehouse on fulfillment and order-related questions.
- Investigate and process RMA reports, returns discrepancies, and chargebacks, including handling new disputes and Chargehound reports.
- Maintain oversight of physical gift card fulfillment and troubleshooting.
What You'll Need :
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in Zendesk for ticket management, reporting, and customer communication.
- Strong Excel skills for analyzing reports, tracking disputes, and managing order data.
- Experience handling chargebacks, refunds, fraud cases, and fulfillment discrepancies, preferably within Braintree and PayPal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $22.00- $25.00. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
