Key Responsibilities

  • Support scenario analysis when supply constraints arise

This role owns the integrity and preparation of the demand data throughout the cycle.

Forecast Management & System Execution

  • Maintain SKU-level forecasts
  • Update approved Demand Plans in JDE
  • Ensure system accuracy and version control
  • Validate ERP outputs to prevent downstream supply disruption

System rigor and timeliness are critical success factors.

Demand Drivers Review & Validation

While this role does not own Demand Drivers strategy, responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing Sales and Brand submitted drivers
  • Verifying promotional assumptions, pricing impacts, distribution changes
  • Editing and adjusting inputs where inconsistencies are identified
  • Ensuring drivers reconcile to financial and volume targets

This requires strong analytical skepticism and attention to detail.

Manual Data Crunching & Reporting

Given current process maturity, this role will:

  • Manage significant manual Excel modeling
  • Maintain forecast consolidation files
  • Run variance analyses (Actuals vs. Forecast, vs. AOP)
  • Support inventory and service-level discussions

Advanced Excel capability is required.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Sales, Brand, and Finance to validate assumptions
  • Align closely with Supply Planning to ensure signal clarity
  • Support Finance with forecast-related questions
  • Provide analytical responses during SIOP discussions

SIOP Software Implementation Support

  • Support data mapping and validation for new SIOP platform
  • Participate in testing cycles
  • Ensure forecast continuity between manual and system processes
  • Identify data integrity gaps

This role will be instrumental in maintaining business continuity during system transition.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-5 years of Demand Planning experience (CPG strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on SIOP process experience
  • Experience working in ERP systems (JDE preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, modeling, lookups, scenario building)

  • Analytical, disciplined, and immediately operational in a complex planning environment.

Compensation

The range for this role is $43 - $53/hour. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
